She brings more than two decades of leadership experience across molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratories, biotech, and biopharma, with a career focused on translating complex science into scalable, high-impact operations. She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and an MBA, and is certified as a High-Complexity Clinical Laboratory Director.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Zehentner has held senior leadership roles at organizations including CareNexa LLC dba Molecular Testing Labs, Adaptive Biotechnologies, HematoLogics, GSK, and Roche, where she led teams spanning clinical operations, diagnostics, and regulated laboratory environments. Her work sits at the intersection of science, operations, and strategy, with a consistent focus on building organizations that can reliably move innovations from development into real-world impact.
